比利時GBL集團擁有拉法基20.04％股權(quán)（中英文）

　　比利時金融家Albert Frere控股的公司，布塞爾Lambert集團 (GBLB.BT)近日宣布，擁有法國水泥制造商拉法基公司20.04％的股權(quán)和24.6％的投票權(quán)。

　　GBL說，這不是與其他股東演對臺戲，也不打算根據(jù)備案接管該公司。此外，比利時集團告訴AMF，除了已有的三個董事會成員，他不會任命其他董事會成員。

　　拉法基拒絕就有關(guān)GBL擁有股權(quán)一事作出評論。

　　Albert Frere’s GBL now owns 20.04% of Lafarge

(PARIS) - Belgian Financier Albert Frere’s holding company, Groupe Bruxelles 
Lambert (GBLB.BT),  today announced 20.04% ownership of French cement maker
 Lafarge SA (12053.FR) and a total of 24.6% voting rights.

GBL said that it isn’t acting in concert with other shareholders and that it 
doesn‘t intend to take over the company, according to the filing.  Also, the 
Belgian group told the AMF it won’t seek to appoint more board members 
than the three it has already appointed.

Lafarge has declined to comment relating to GBL’s shareholding.
